My NYR's are:

not to eat in fast-food chains everyday ...

not to sleep very late everytime i have no major long exams on the ff. day...

not to waste prepaid loads if it's not necessary and emergency ...

refrain from using the internet... kay murag halos na-attached na ako nawong sa screen.. jeeezzz...

uhm... mao pa dagay ni sa ako list...

i'll be adding more... XD

exercise daily if possible and if naay oras

dili na magtinapulan (DAHAN!!)

magtigom na....sa su coop na pirmi mukaon kay lami ug barato

dayun matulog na before 12

magtuon na dayun kung free time..

that's all hehe
