as for the price sa products, it's waaay cheaper than its original price in the states.

we'll deifinitely take the restroom into consideration since tinuod jud ng gamay ra ug limpyo na mga kasilyas sa uban na establishments sa dgte.

we were thinking na sa portal west unta pero i have no idea how that building looks like na karon or if dagko bah ang spaces na available.

we need a large area.

Naa man sa portal west pero I dont think naa pa space nabilin. Besides if your planning a resto sumthing then it has to be a relatively large space and out in the open.
